July 2019 Health status

AS of July 2019, here's my activities:

1. GREEN: Twice per week golf
2. YELLOW: Rice intake is either Briyani (indian muslim herb laden variety) or beehoon
3. RED: My weight is now 7.7KG! (1 kg gained mainly by indulging in hopia!)
4. GREEN: Bought Moringa and Ampalaya Capsules in liue of CONCOCTION Last year!
5. RED: Touched my bike maybe 1x or 2x this year.

AUGUST 2018: Where I am now:

1. GREEN: I kept my promise of golfing 1x or 2x per week usually on weekends.
2. RED: I am still not reducing my rice intake.
3. RED: I am still 76kg on my weight, still need to cut down!
4. GREEN: I finished the concoction and had to redo this again this AUGUST!
5. RED: My bike ride has been very slow! All because my son have not completed his NS yet.


AUGUST 2017 PROMISES!

1. Exercise wise I make it a point to have weekly round of golf!
2. I try to eat less rice.
3. Try to lower my weight to 70kg and below. As of march Im at 75 now!
4. I made a concoction of artery cleansing formula of (1) garlic juice (2) honey (3) apple cider (4) lemon and (5) ginger! Two tablespoon daily is good enough to be my medicine!
5. When no concalls at night I try to hit the road using my bike!

2018 - exercise and focus on golf

2018 for me is focused on making inroads to regain back my health.

1. Exercise wise I make it a point to have weekly round of golf!

2. I try to eat less rice.

3. Try to lower my weight to 70kg and below. As of march Im at 75 now!

Health check - 3 months later!

The lipid numbers came!! All good news!

1. Total cholesterol down : 294 to 187
2. LDL down : 197 to 106
3. HDL up : 50 to 57
4. Trigly down : 238 to 120

Wow!!!

But liver is still the challenge
1. SGPT : still at 41 vs normal of less than 37
2. GGT : 254 vs less than 51 as normal.

Colnago - July 2017 purchase

Ok ok, after another health scare in May 1st 2017, ( this time hypertension attack), I had to reclaim my health!

And so the first order of business is to refrain from eating too much rice at night, eat more salads, less intake of carbs, and oily food and most of all - RELAX!

My BP was up at an unprecedented 145/95 back in May week1. On normal days, I was always 120/80 since young. In addition, my cholesterol shot up to 296 (highest ever since I am monitoring this number). My liver SGPT is also on the high side. And so - at the doctors prodding-

1. Medication for my lives - GODEX!
2. Medz for my cholesterol - Renostatin
3. Medz for HT - Lozartan Pottassium!

After taking these meds for 2 months, and struggling to keep focus on sleeping before 12 midnight, I felt better. Going back to my doctor, I was told yet again to continue medication for another month before doing a blood rest to determine improvement.

Meanwhile, been having a blast riding my saddle for the past 3 weeks (june 24 holiday started everything).

The holiday cycling event with my wife proved to be fun and functional.

Apart from the health scare, the decision is also a wise move to kick start yet again the marital relationship.

Stop wasting time

Other than work - Feels like my life is wasting...meaning Im not being used to what Im called to do..

Why?

1. The builder in me whats to build something-like a commercial building, or architectural structure that people would talk about..

2. The educator in me wanted to leave a lasting legacy to teach what I know..maybe collaborate with a university and develop a curriculum teaching quality?

3. The creative boy inside me wanted to develop a film, that people would talk to one day.

4. The sportsman in me wants to pursue good health by engaging in golf, triathlon and basketball.
